Welcome to NESTAMI.

25 Years at the Intersection of  Human Development and  Family Systems WITH NESTAMI

It is a  community for parents who are done performing and ready to connect. Parenting is one of the most important things you will ever do. It is also one of the loneliest.

Not because the people around you do not care. But because the honest conversation, the one about what it actually feels like from the inside, rarely happens.

NESTAMI exists because that conversation needs a home.
This is a free community for parents who sense that something needs to shift, who are doing the inner work, imperfectly and faithfully, and who want to do it alongside others who understand.

Join our MASTERCLASS that turns your daily parenting doubts...the yelling, the power struggles, the guilt...into a plan you actually know how to follow.

The Parenting Movement - NESTAMI

Before children learn mathematics, science, or technology, they are learning something far more important ... and they are asking it in silence.

Identity
"who am i ?"
SaFETY
"Can i trust you.?"
WORTH
"do I Matter?"

These invisible lessons become the emotional blueprint from which they experience every relationship, every challenge, and every opportunity in life. That's why we are building more than a parenting community. We are nurturing an ecosystem where parents support, learn, and thrive together.

Contribute to Our Research

Our work is grounded in one question: what do families actually need to thrive?
We study family dynamics, habit energies, and resilience, and we build evidence-based tools from what we find. Tools rooted in indigenous research. Built for the parents of today.
If that work matters to you, be part of it.

OUR JOURNEY

We began with questions that refused to leave.

What has the most powerful impact on a child's future? Why do some people bend and break under the weight of ordinary life, while others meet the same storms and somehow rise?

After  years of sitting with adults and children through some of their most difficult moments, I have noticed one pattern again and again: what troubles us in the present often has threads that began much earlier. Most times, they began in childhood, in those ordinary everyday moments of how we listened, how we responded, the trust we built, and the boundaries we held with love.

Again and again, the pain traces back to the same place. Not to any particular dramatic trauma ... mostly to the everyday emotional architecture of home.

That realisation became our compass. Resilience of this nature is not built in classrooms or boardrooms. It is built in homes where a child is free to be fully themselves, where struggle is not shameful, where needs are not punished, and where the adult in the room is grounded enough to become the ground the child stands on.

That is the work. And it begins with us, the parents.
How we work together

Parent Coaching

Every family's circumstances are unique. One-on-one coaching offers a confidential space to understand your patterns, address concerns, and create meaningful change.

Pink Poppy Flowers

Workshops

Structured sessions on the patterns that shape a home, grounded in neuroscience... for parent groups, schools, and organisations.

Live seasonal meetups

A few times a year, the circle meets live — online or in person.. to sit with Rosama and each other, not just a screen.

Inside Nestami

A home base for parents who are doing the work.

Nestami isn't a course you finish, it's a circle you return to. Parents come in with a hard week and leave with language for what they're feeling, and people who already understand it.

Small peer groups

A handful of parents matched by season of life, meeting monthly to talk honestly about what's actually happening at home

One pattern at a time

Each month explores a single theme in depth boundaries, repair after conflict, sibling rivalry with reflection prompts, not homework.

Recordings & resources

Past sessions, short reads, and practices you can return to at 2am when the question is still awake and you are too.
